Our Services

Wolf Guidance Support Services offers a comprehensive support to all participants with their NDIS plans.

Our Individual Support Workers have a wide range of experience in working with ASD, ODD, mental health issues and physical disabilities. Our support workers can assist with social activities, expanding life skills, employment seeking, developing and expanding hobbies and interests and other goals identified in NDIS plans. They have a very wide range of interests, including, but certainly not limited to:

  • Movies
  • Archery
  • Fishing
  • Camping
  • Various sports
  • 4 wheel driving
  • Music
  • Reading
  • Computers
  • Arts and Crafts
  • Health and fitness

We have a male support worker available. Our support workers have current Working with Children Checks, Police Checks and First Aid Certificates.

Our Coordinator of Supports is able to assist with understanding NDIS plans, advocating during NDIS plan reviews, creating new NDIS goals, ensure that NDIS goals are being met, and making sure that services are made accessible. The Coordinator of Supports will also work with Plan managers to ensure that funding is being used appropriately, and to achieve the best possible outcomes for participants. Our Coordinator will also apply for plan reviews or changes to situations should that be necessary for further funding, depending on the individual circumstances.

For both our individual support services and coordination of supports, any initial consultation is free of any charges to ensure participants and advocates are well informed to make the correct decisions for their individual needs. This also gives opportunity for personal choices and to ensure a good “fit”.
